KYTradersClassifieds.com provides an information service through which members can exchange goods and services, and maintains a central account of those exchanges for the benefit of members. Key information is available to all members. Members agree to KYTradersClassifieds.com holding their details on computer and distributing to other members those details relevant to the purpose of exchange. Members also agree to the directory of goods and services being distributed to the general membership for publicity purposes.

Members may give or receive from each other credit in the accepted unit of account called points. These units are considered to represent the nominal value of $0.01 (e.g. one cent = one point) and are recorded centrally. No money is deposited or issued. Members may engage in any transaction entirely in points, or on a part cash (S&H Only), part points bases, but only points are recorded on the KYTradersClassifieds.com system. All accounts start at zero. Members can apply for advanced credit but not obliged. Members are subject to any limit that may be set by KYTradersClassifieds.com from time to time.

No member is obliged to accept any particularly invitation to trade, or to engage in any transaction whatsoever with other members. On leaving KYTradersClassifieds.com however, members with commitments outstanding are obliged to balance their account.  KYTradersClassifieds.com may also decide from time to time to publish the balances and turnovers of all accounts for members to view. No interest is charged or paid on balances.

KYTradersClassifieds.com is authorized to charge joining or renewal fees in points on a cost-of-service basis as the situation requires, and to levy service charges on member's accounts. KYTradersClassifieds.com may decline to record an account or directory entry considered inappropriate for legal or other reasons. No warranty or undertaking as to the value, condition or quality of services or items exchanged is expressed or implied by virtue of the introduction of members to each other. KYTradersClassifieds.com publishes a list of the resources and services made available to members but cannot be held responsible for the actual goods and services offered.

Members have the right and are encouraged to attend any meeting/event and to participate. Members have a right of appeal to KYTradersClassifieds.com on all management decisions. KYTradersClassifieds.com may act on behalf of members in seeking explanation or satisfaction from a person whose activity is considered to be contrary to the interests of the membership. KYTradersClassifieds.com may suspend membership in the case of delinquent accounts and may remove members from the system. KYTradersClassifieds.com may also reserve the right to deny membership to an applicant at their discretion.

The service is operated by KYTradersClassifieds.com. By using the KYTradersClassifieds.com Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (this "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a member ("Member"). KYTradersClassifieds.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including email) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Website and/or Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without lability.

By participating in any offline KYTradersClassifieds.com event, you agree to release and hold KYTradersClassifieds.com harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from your participation in any such offline KYTradersClassifieds.com event.

1) Your Interactions.

You understand that KYTradersClassifieds.com does not in any way screen its Members, nor does KYTradersClassifieds.com inquire into the backgrounds of its Members or attempt to verify the statements of its Members. KYTradersClassifieds.com makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of any current or future Members. We do however recommend that if you choose to meet or exchange personal information with any member of KYTradersClassifieds.com then you should take it upon yourself to do a background check on said person.

In no event shall KYTradersClassifieds.com be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the Service, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other registered users of this Service or persons you meet through this Service.

2) Eligibility.

Our community is open to US and English Speaking and Reading International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. By using the Website and the Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent and warrant that you are 13+ years of age or older, that you are the legal age in your state and/or country for submitting a contract and that you will not allow any 12 year old or younger minor child to participate in this community under your account. Your use of KYTradersClassifieds.com shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted without warning, if it is found that you are misrepresenting your age. Your Membership is solely for your personal use, and you shall not authorize others to use your account, including your profile or email address. You are solely responsible for all content published or displayed through your account, including any email messages, and for your interactions with other members. Potential Members in the state of Michigan or Utah must first contact KYTradersClassifieds.com using the contact form to inquire about joining so that their age maybe confirmed as minors from these two states are not eligible to join even with parents consent.

3) Term/Fees.

This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Website, the Service, and/or are a Free/Paid Member. You may terminate your membership at any time. KYTradersClassifieds.com may terminate your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your Membership application or other email address as you may subsequently provide to KYTradersClassifieds.com. By using the Service and by becoming a Member, you acknowledge that KYTradersClassifieds.com reserves the right to charge for upgraded Service(s) and has the right to terminate a Member's Membership if Member should breach this Agreement or fail to pay for the upgraded Service(s), as required by this Agreement.

4) Illegal or Unauthorized use by Members.

The Website is for the use of Members only. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Website, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website will be investigated. Appropriate legal action will be taken by KYTradersClassifieds.com for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

5) Proprietary Rights in Content on KYTradersClassifieds.com.

KYTradersClassifieds.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Website and the Service. The Website contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of KYTradersClassifieds.com and its licensors. b. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or any material or information that you transmit to other Members. Key information is available to all members. Members agree to KYTradersClassifieds.com holding their details on computer and distributing to other members those details relevant to the purpose of exchange. Members also agree to the directory of goods and services being distributed to the general membership for publicity purposes.

c. By posting any Content to the Website, you hereby grant to KYTradersClassifieds.com the non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, publicly perform and display such Content on the Website. This license shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

d. The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Website. KYTradersClassifieds.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the membership of such violators. h. Any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends, is prohibited.

j. You may not use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time nor may you disclose your password to any third party or permit any third party to access your account.

k. You may not sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

The failure of KYTradersClassifieds.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
